1.1The client must ensure that the belongings are packed in a transportable manner (except for full-service moves). The contents of boxes must be packed in such a way that loose items cannot damage each other.
1.2Boxes must be properly sealed. Wardrobe doors must be locked, and loose parts (such as shelves or drawers) must be removed to avoid transport damage (except for full-service).
1.3 Small items (such as trinkets, lamps, pots) must be packed in closed boxes (except for full-service). If this is not done, All in One Moving & Storage may refuse to move them, or transport will be at the client’s own risk.
1.4 Electronic devices must be transported in their original packaging. If this is not followed, transport will again be at the client’s own risk.
1.5 Mattresses must be pre-packed if they should not get dirty.
1.6 Valuables such as jewelry and money must always remain under the client’s supervision..
1.7 Disassembly and assembly of furniture must be reported in advance (except for full-service).
1.8 The client must ensure there is sufficient parking space and parking fees for the moving trucks. Any exemptions are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.9 Access to moving hooks or lifting beams, as well as clear passage for the belongings, is the responsibility of the client. Hoisting is always at the client’s own risk.
1.10 The client must protect floors and passageways at all locations where the move takes place. Damage to floors is at the client’s own risk.
1.11 Obstructing plants (such as tall hedges or trees) must be removed. All in One Moving & Storage does not trim trees or hedges..
1.12 The client may not offer or allow the transport of prohibited or dangerous goods, such as:
a.Illegal goods;
b.Flammable or explosive substances;
c. Environmentally hazardous materials;
d. Perishable goods or live animals;
e. Goods requiring permits, unless provided in advance.
2.1The client or their contact person must have sufficient financial resources to pay for the move immediately after completion.
2.2 Business clients can pay by invoice after providing a Chamber of Commerce extract and ID proof. Private clients cannot pay by invoice.
2.3In case of non-payment, all collection costs, interest, and legal fees are the responsibility of the client.
2.4If the client or contact person cannot or does not want to pay, All in One Moving & Storage may seize goods under a lien. Goods can be sold after 6 months to settle the outstanding amount.
2.5 Minimum billing time:
1 mover = 1 hour;
22 movers = 2 hours;
3 3 movers = 3 hours.
Time is calculated from and to Amsterdam for moves outside Amsterdam.
2.6 Invoices must always be paid, regardless of damage claims. Damage will be settled afterward.
2.7 Between 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, on Sundays and public holidays, adjusted rates apply.
2.8The moving lift is calculated for a minimum of 2 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.9 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to the same minimum hours mentioned above.
3.1 All in One Moving & Storage is not liable for damage or loss unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
3.2If stairs or indoor lifts are used, All in One Moving & Storage is not liable for damage to stairwells, lifts, or belongings.
3.3Damage must be documented in writing on-site in the presence of All in One Moving & Storage.
3.4 The client bears the risk for damage: €500 per event.
3.5 Damage caused by weather conditions (such as rust or water damage) is excluded from liability.
3.6Self-loaded goods in the vehicle are not insured.
3.7 Compensation for damage is limited to the repair costs according to an expert report. Depreciation is excluded.
3.8For series or pairs, the shared value applies (total value divided by the number of items).

3.10 Waiting times caused by improperly parked vehicles are the responsibility of the client.
3.11 For using a moving lift, windows must be fully open. Damage from placing the moving lift is entirely at the client’s risk..

3.13 Force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, war) may lead to the termination of the contract without compensation./p>
3.14 Moving items heavier than 100 kg are at the client’s own risk. This must be reported in advance. Minimum deployment: 3 movers.
4.1All in One Moving & Storage reserves the right to refuse goods without giving a reason.
4.2With wind speeds exceeding 60 km/h, All in One Moving & Storage reserves the right to postpone moves with ropes & pulleys or lifts.
